Aqua Beauty has been in existence for over 4 years and has finally crossed the bridge of accomplishment. The name “Aqua” was founded by our love for the ocean and the peace that it brings to one's mind, body and soul.

Policies
Our policies & procedures
General Rules
Please book in advance to avoid disappointments.
Kindly arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment so that preparations can be made for your treatment.
On arrival, please notify Aqua Beauty of the following contraindications:
- Any Contagious Disease/Infection
- Recent surgery
- Allergies
- Pregnancy, Epilepsy or Diabetes
- Fungal Infections
- High/Low Blood Pressure
- Pacemaker
Please be advised that we cannot treat callouses, corns and cracked heels, but we can help soften and ease the pain. You will need to visit a podiatrist for such conditions.
Please ensure cell phones are switched off before the treatment can commence.
Please note that prices are subject to change.
Aqua Beauty only accepts cash payments. Should you prefer to do an EFT, this must be done prior to treatment/service.
A 50% down payment will be required when booking for a make-up application.
Cancellation Policy
Aqua Beauty has a strict no refunds policy.
A 24 hour notice is required prior to scheduled appointment. If this is not adhered to, 50% of the treatment fee will be charged.
Rescheduling a day before your booking will result in a 50% administration fee, which is payable when rescheduling.
Late arrival will result in a reduction of the treatment time whilst the full service fee will apply.
A cancellation or no show for pamper packages will result in a 100% forfeit of the full booking value.
A no show for other treatments will result in a 50% forfeit of the full booking value.
